We are based in England (UK) and are registered with the Inland Revenue for your security.

Returns are accepted within seven days for a full refund.

Please note that the Postage charges are non-refundable. Postage charges are a flat £5.00p to any UK address. Items returned must be still in original packaging with no tags or labels removed. It is strongly recommended that you send the goods back to us with adequate Insurance Cover as we are not liable for lost/missing packages. We also suggest that you fill out the Returns Form as enclosed with every order. We cannot accept responsibility for, fair wear and tear, failure to comply with washing instructions, abuse of 3rd party damage, i.e dry cleaning, etc. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All our transactions are carried out through PAYPAL for your security. All major CREDIT and DEBIT cards are accepted for your convenience and confidence through this form of payment. If you would prefer to pay by CHEQUE, BANK TRANSFER, creEcard, or POSTAL ORDERS please e-mail for details with information on the item you would like so we can reserve it. PLEASE NOTE : When in Checkout and looking to pay by Credit or Debit Card, please click on the 'If you do not currently have a PayPal account' button to be transferred to the Credit/Debit Card details page.

A small amount of our 'Stone Island' stock is parallel-imported from Europe, and in cases the garment code numbers may be removed. If this is a problem to you please contact me for piece clarification.

We will not and cannot be held responsible for any Import or Export taxes incurred when ordering from this website.

The Postage charges are for delivery to the United Kingdom only, unless stated differently. Overseas buyers should contact us to ascertain Delivery costs before purchasing, but most European countries will be delivered to at no extra cost. A Tracking Number can be provided on request, and a Signature on Delivery is always requested.
